LitheAudio.com reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

We will endeavour to ensure that availability of the website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, this cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of the Internet.

You are allowed limited licence to access and make personal use of this website, but not to download (excluding page caching) or modify any portion of it. 7. Pricing and availability Price and Availability is shown with each item listed and again in the cart. Dispatch times are always estimates and we try to send your order well within the estimated time whenever possible. However, these times are not guaranteed and where a delay is encountered we will contact you. We hope that all our pricing is accurate. In the event of an error where the correct price is higher than the advertised price we will ship at the advertised price. Where the advertised price is higher than the correct price we will contact you and amend the order to correct price.
8. Customs
Overseas customers (outside the EU) may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied in their home country. These costs for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. For further information you should contact your local customs office.
International customers should also be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by the customs authorities.
Please note that we have to state our sender name on the outside of the package for returns purposes and we use the Lithe Audio® name. Lithe Audio.com is a trading name of Lithe Audio Ltd. We also have to make note of the contents of the package on the outside and for this purpose we state: Speakers.
9. Electronic communications
LitheAudio.com will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the website. For contractual purposes, you agree to receive electronic communications from us and you agree that all communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
10. Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Terms & Conditions at any time. You will be subject to the policies and Terms & Conditions in force at the time that you use the website or order product from us, unless any change is required to be made by law or government authority, in which case it may apply to orders previously placed by you.
11. Events outside our control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is outside our control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
12. Waiver
If we decide to take no action in the event of you breaching these conditions, this leaves unaffected our entitlement to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions
14. Product LiabilityWe cannot take responsibility for third party products not working with our range of products due to firmware, software, chipset variances in line with protocol manufacturer guidelines.
The colour of grilles/plastic can change a little due to different batches. As no two batches are identical, however we make every effort to ensure the differences are minimal.

16. VAT
Value Added Tax is payable within the EU on goods or services that have been deemed liable for VAT by the regulating authorities. All of our products are currently subject to VAT. All pricing shown includes VAT at the current UK rate. The UK VAT rate may differ from the VAT rate charged in other European countries. Customers outsite the EU will not be charged VAT.
Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
1. The competition will be open from Saturday 25th June to Monday 1st August 2022. No entries will be accepted before or after this time.
2. The winner will be selected at random after the closing date and notified by email. Only the winner will be contacted personally.
3. Entrance into the competition constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions.
4. Entrants must be aged 18 or over (global entries accepted).
5. The prize entitles one winner to one Garden Active Rock Speaker.
6. The winners may be required to participate in reasonable related publicity with no further recompense.
7. Lithe Audio Ltd. Employees and contractor, as well as people directly or indirectly involved with the running of the competition, are not eligible to enter the competition.
8. The competition is free to enter, and no purchase is required.
9. In the event that a prize is unclaimed after twenty-eight (28) days from the date of notification, Lithe Audio may award that prize to the next randomly drawn entrant.
10. The prize for the winner is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.
11. The promoter of the competition is Lithe Audio Ltd.
